Creating Your Own
You need not use traditional mantras. Any word or phrase that carries meaning for you can become a mantra:
- "I am here"
- "Peace"
- "I am enough"
- "Love"
- "This moment"
- The name of someone you love
- A quality you wish to cultivate
The repetition is what matters. 108 times, the mind settles. The mantra becomes less a thought and more a vibration. The meaning dissolves into presence.
