Description

A low-growing perennial forming dense mats in shaded areas. Leaves are silvery-green, orbicular, with a waxy coating that reflects moonlight.

Orchid-like blooms with intricate markings that guide pollinators, colored dusty rose. Blooms during the new moon.

Habitat

Requires the specific mycorrhizal networks of old-growth woodland.

Traditional Uses

An infusion was used as a hair rinse for shine and strength.
