Description

A deciduous herb dying back to rootstock each winter. Feathery, finely divided leaves resembling green lace.

Fragrant flowers release their scent only under specific conditions, colored pearl white. Blooms at the summer solstice.

Habitat

Native to nowhere, found everywhere - a cosmopolitan wanderer.

Traditional Uses

Dried flowers were burned as incense during ceremonies.
