The Singing Grotto

A natural cave with walls worn smooth by water. Each surface reflects sound differently, creating harmonics that seem almost alive.

Natural caves create organic acoustics. Water-smoothed surfaces reflect sound unpredictably, creating harmonics and interference patterns. Some grottoes seem to add their own voice to whatever is spoken within them.
