Description
A climbing vine that seeks moonlight, turning its leaves toward the night sky. Narrow, grass-like leaves emerge in dense tufts from the base.
Large, solitary blooms open at dusk and close before dawn, colored ember red. Blooms under a full moon.
Habitat
Appears in gardens that have been tended with love for generations.
Traditional Uses
Tea brewed from young leaves was believed to improve memory.
