Description
A shrubby perennial with woody stems and aromatic foliage. Leaves are translucent and veined with gold, visible when backlit.
Composite flower heads resemble small moons with ray and disc florets, colored pearl white. Blooms after long silences.
Habitat
Grows in the shadow of libraries and places where books are kept.
Traditional Uses
Dried flowers were burned as incense during ceremonies.
