Description

An evergreen with persistent leaves that last multiple seasons. Aromatic leaves release fragrance when crushed between fingers.

Tubular flowers attract long-tongued pollinators with deep nectaries, colored ember red. Blooms in the presence of kindness.

Habitat

Found only near standing stones and ancient earthworks.

Traditional Uses

Dried flowers were burned as incense during ceremonies.

According to old wives, it brings prophetic dreams if gathered properly.
