Description
An evergreen with persistent leaves that last multiple seasons. Needle-like foliage arranged in spirals along the stem.
Flowers are small, star-shaped, blooming in umbels of 12-20, colored copper orange. Blooms at dawn on equinoxes.
Habitat
Appears in gardens that have been tended with love for generations.
Traditional Uses
Tea brewed from young leaves was believed to improve memory.
Folklore
Stories tell that it only flowers for those who have kept a secret well.
